Privacy and the publisher
This site collects very little. It sets no cookies and it does not follow you around the web.
Who is responsible
Clara Rowsley is a pen name. Her books and this website are published by Jovian Creative AS (organisation number 930 966 495), a company registered in Norway, which holds the copyright in them and is the controller of any personal data collected here. Its address is Glimmerveien 18, 1487 Hakadal, Norway.
TO COME: the address to write to about privacy.
When you visit
The pages are plain files. Nothing is stored on your phone or computer, and there is no advertising and no tracking by other companies. The company that hosts the site, Cloudflare, keeps a short technical record of requests (the page asked for, the time, the country), as every web host does, to keep the site running and safe.
When you write
If you send an email, the message and your address are kept for as long as it takes to answer you, and then for no more than a year.
Your rights
You may ask to see what is held about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to withdraw your consent, at any time and at no cost. If you believe your data has been handled wrongly, you may complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, or to the authority where you live.
Links to Amazon
The links to the books go to Amazon, which has its own privacy notice. This site earns nothing from those links and tells Amazon nothing about you.
